Bookings, accounts, and payments

Oak & Linen Home Cleaning uses your name, email, phone number, service address, and cleaning preferences to arrange services and support your account. Lovable Cloud supports account sign-in and saved profile details. Stripe processes payments and service addresses for tax calculation; card details are handled by Stripe, not stored on this website. Your account displays transactions associated with your verified sign-in email.

Advertising measurement

When advertising tracking is permitted, Microsoft Advertising (UET) and OpenAI receive page URLs, IP addresses, browser/device details, and cookie or ad-click identifiers. These are used to measure page visits and advertising performance and support advertising optimization. This installation does not upload your email, phone number, or other customer matching details, and does not yet report completed payments as conversion events.

In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, advertising tags stay blocked until you accept. If your region cannot be determined, we also ask before loading them. Elsewhere, ordinary advertising tracking is enabled unless you reject it or an applicable browser privacy opt-out is present. Global Privacy Control is honored everywhere.

Your choices and consent records

Accepting or rejecting advertising does not prevent bookings, payments, or sign-in. Cookie settings lets you withdraw or change your advertising choice at any time. Opening settings does not change your choice. Rejection takes effect across open tabs; previously blocked events are not replayed after acceptance.

This browser stores a random visitor reference, your advertising choices, their timestamps, your region or an unresolved-region status, and the notice text and version shown. Earlier acceptance evidence is retained when you withdraw. These records are stored locally on your device; clearing site storage removes them and may prompt you again. No separate optional analytics choice is currently offered.
